Things and such

At the library sitting on the Indian statue
After playing with the trains and puzzles

A storm knocked down half of our back fence last week.

My sunflowers are growing!

Baby girl is growing and we are thinking about names.
Maybe something that starts with K?
Austin got to hear baby sister's hearbeat at the dr.
My mom did, too.

Potty training is going really well - thank you Jesus!!

Well..

Things don't always work out like we plan them to.
That's the story of my life right now.

I asked Paul to come and mow our yard today.  It really needed it.
I met him in our front yard and said I didn't have to worry about the $$.
Now our yard looks so great and I have been blessed.

Happy Wednesday

Hello Pretty Flowers

It's 7:50a.m. and I am not watching the Cat in the Hat.

Little Man is sleeping off that nap he did not take yesterday.

We have his 2 year appointment today!
Big question for the dr. today is language development...
Gotta get this boy talking!

I blame this one on Hurricane Isaac...it's still pretty!

Tuesday

We are tired today.
K's air conditioning is not working in his building.
He is coughing and congested so it works that his classes are short today.
A & I played this morning.
We ran some errands:
Recycling, clothes to thrift store, library
We went to PetSmart & Old Navy
I wanted to buy some shorts but I didn't.  Maybe tomorrow.
Now it's lunch & A's favorite movie Brer Rabbit.

The End.

These were my sunflowers I grew when we lived in TX.
We had to tie them to the wheel barrow because they were so top heavy.

Hello Giant Cactus Zinnias

Hello Pretty Zinnias
These are the ones I planted from seeds
back in mid March.
They are mostly in one pot.
Some are in the ground, too.
I am thankful for the storm last night
so that I don't have to water them so often.

So Pretty!

Tuesday Morning

I tried to get the most of Debby the tropical storm by being outside because it was overcast and windy.  It felt really good and the gardens are so pretty.  A liked strolling and running to the fountain.  We sat on the swing and pointed at things and took a lot of pictures.

The Garden

I could not resist these at home depot yesterday.
We left for the beach last weekend and my tomatoes were turning red.  When we got back they looked like this.  Pesky squirrels.  I hope they were yummy.
 Squash is still growing.
Skinny little sunflowers

This is zinnia and I think there's going to be a bounty of them once they decide to bloom.
