Last night K took me to Krispy Kreme. We went inside and got a hot doughnut. It was soooo good. We decided since we'll sleep past breakfast anyway we'll just wake up and go eat Matt's in Cedar Hill. Yum. We shopped around - Michaels to find a baby book, Maternity store, and Sports Authority. After we walked off our lunch we headed over to get a blizzard. Unfortunately everyone decided to get a blizzard when we did, and they only had 3 people working - one for the drive thru, one for the restaurant, and one cook. It took us about 45 minutes to get a small & a medium blizzard. AND it was warm in Dairy Queen. Did I mention its in the 100's right now? This girl got in the car, turned up the AC while K waited for our blizzards. Sweet man. Now we are home, in our AC, and probably won't leave the house unless we have to. It's a sauna out there.
We made homemade cookies 'n cream ice cream for our party last weekend. It was really good...Keith said he didn't get enough so I'll probably make more this weekend. I made banana pudding earlier in the week and it was so yummy. No, we won't eat all of these chocolate chips cookies from scratch. I'm putting some in the freezer for later.
at our friendly neighborhood McD's. Yum. They were little so K was done with his by the time we got out of the parking lot.
There are no pictures of me b/c before we walked out the door Keith said to me, "Girl, your hair is looking ghetto." And that I replied, "Thanks homes."
My eyes are burning. I just cut up some onions to put in the spaghetti for tonight and probably lunch tomorrow. I put fresh onions, carrots, and tomatoes in the sauce trying to make it even healthier. Speaking of being healthy, we didn't eat healthy for lunch. My mom would fall over and have a cow if she knew this. We went to Cold Stone Creamery for lunch. I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free and we couldn't use if for dinner. I work every night this week. I had the Cookie Minster except without the mint and Kieth had the Rocky Road Trip. Sweet Keithie, he got it all over him. I love that boy. Chocolate was just dripping off his cup. You know that's good! Over course, I didn't pick up any napkins so Keith had to go back to work with a little chocolate on the khakis and sticky fingers, but it was worth it.
