It's been in the 100's for a week now. Today I decided to make an ice cream cake and it was really yummy. Here's what you need.
Box of Jiffy cake mix
A pint of your favorite ice cream
Cool Whip
Bake the cake. Let the cake cool.
Thaw the ice cream. Spread it onto the cake.
Spread cool whip on top. Put it in the freezer for about an hour.
Yumminess!
