My teacher friend Ms. Garcia (with the T) was sick 2 weeks ago with an upper respiratory infection. She's our computer teacher. She was there 2 weeks ago today singing a TAKS song to the tune of I Will Survive. We all sat together in her room and practiced that silly song. Two days after that meeting she was in the ICU with meningitis. Now her brain isn't working so well and may be moved to a rehab center to work on her getting better.
Life is crazy.
